Calculate distance between two Latitude/Longitude points
Calculate the distance as-the-crow-flies between two Latitude/Longitude points on Earth
  1. You can enter the Latitude (East - West) and Longitude (North - South) coordinates as given by Google Earth software
  2. If you see a Placemark in Google Earth, right-click on the Placemark and select Properties
    The Latitude and Longitude coordinates will popup and you can paste them below separately
  3. If you don't see a Placemark in Google Earth, select Add > Placemark from the top horizontal menu
    The Latitude and Longitude coordinates will popup and you can paste them below separately
    You don't need to save the Placemark to get the coordinates!
  4. If you copy the Latitude, Longitude from somewhere in one single line, first copy this line in the box below
    Then copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the Latitude and Longitude coordinates separately in the fields below
Enter below the Latitude and Longitude coordinates of 2 points in separate fields
Trouble? Start with + if Latitude = North or Longitude = East     Start with - if Latitude = South or Longitude = West
                  Make sure to enter coordinates without a comma or blank space after the first digit
